What’s the Issue with Bathroom Tissue?

I recently read an article about toilet paper in a magazine. It referred people to a video about how to test toilet paper to see if it really is septic tank safe (which apparently is not guaranteed, even if it says “septic safe”.) If you are concerned about this, think cheap and thin. I do not need to be concerned about this, but I agree that choosing the right brand of toilet paper is important…
