This fall Daisy Mejia, administrative secretary for Principal Rick Lester for the past eight years, has decided to accept a new challenge. She has taken a teaching position at the Schuyler (Neb.) Central Schools.
“I know there will be good days and bad days, but knowing I’m helping students along their life path makes it worth it,” Mejia said.
