Freezing (Vegetables) in the Summertime

One thing that I really miss from “the old days” is my dad’s sweet corn. He grew the best sweet corn and he always had enough for a year’s supply for he and Mom, my family, my sister’s family, and sometimes a little extra for my cousin and some friends in the area.
