10 Years Ago Harold Richardson has two eagles carved on tree stumps in his yard east of Tecumseh. To him, they represent U.S. soldiers who’ve served in Afghanistan and Iraq and other parts of the world. Nick Jensen carved one of Richardson’s eagles during an art class at Sterling Public Schools.
