Holly (Stone) Klein, 37, of Tecumseh, passed away unexpectedly February 18, 2021 at Bryan West Medical Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born to Chris and Linda Stone on May 10, 1983 in Omaha, Nebraska. Holly grew up in Tecumseh and loved to play house with her twin sister Heather and loved having her older brother Ryan by her side as well. Holly always looked up to Ryan and had a special bond with him. With the girls together there was never a dull moment in the house. Holly loved being busy and spending time at the Tecumseh pool in the summers. She was member of the United Methodist Church where she was baptized and later confirmed September 8, 1996.

Holly graduated from Tecumseh Public Schools in 2001. She then attended XENON and graduated from the International School of Hair Design in May of 2003.

She was united in marriage to Joshua Klein on November 22, 2003 at the United Methodist Church in Tecumseh. This union was blessed with three children, Nadia, Ava and Bodhi.

Holly’s work career involved taking care of others, especially children. She worked for Blessings from Above and served as the manager for a time. Holly was passionate about the care and development of infants, toddlers and all children. She worked as a CNA at Belle Terrace, Madonna and Good Samaritan in Auburn and enjoyed taking care of her elderly residents. Holly was working as a para-professional for Johnson County Central Schools, where she continued to share her loving, caring personality with the children she helped teach. In her spare time, Holly dearly loved her family, friends, entertaining, Facebook, kayaking, taking Jeep rides with Josh, visiting family out of state, staying in hotels, dancing, sharing stories of her families’ adventures, watching Husker football and the Kansas City Chiefs and playing with her boxers, Cash, Cali and Curry. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Holly is survived by her husband Joshua Klein, children, Nadia, Ava and Bodhi Klein and parents, Chris and Linda Stone all of Tecumseh, brother, Ryan Stone of Lincoln, twin sister, Heather Stone of Tecumseh, grandmother, Barbara Coyer of Papillion, nieces and nephews Quentin Xayaphonesongkham, Lee Xayaphonesongkham, Paige Patton, Lauren Patton, Olivia Klein, Penelope Klein and Maxwell Klein, great-nephew, Kysen Xayaphonesongkham, mother-in-law, Kay Klein of Stockton, CA, sisters-and brothers-in-law, Michelle and Tim Patton of Fairbury and Tim and Yareni Klein of Folsom, CA, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Lola Stone, William Coyer, Jr., grandparents-in-law, Frank and Mabel Boren and father-in-law Marion Klein.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2021 at the United Methodist Church in Tecumseh, Nebraska with Pastor Rob Clark and Religious Coordinator Mike Carr officiating. Masks will be required. The service will also be livestreamed on the Wherry Mortuary/Wherry Monument Facebook page for those not in attendance. Pallbearers are Tim Klein, Samuel Xayaphonesongkham, Bobby Bponsavat, Dan Buethe, Somphet Kanhaphanh, Lanoi Xayarath, Kip Phaphakdy, Quentin Xayaphonesongkham and Lee Xayaphonesongkham. Honorary pallbearers are the NDCS Special Operations Response Team. Special music will be provided by Daniel Christian as he sings, “Tears In Heaven” and “Fire and Rain.” Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the Wherry Mortuary in Tecumseh, Nebraska.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may go to the family’s choice. Interment will be in the Tecumseh Cemetery, Tecumseh, Nebraska.
