ETHELREDA PELLA enjoys a peaceful and calm ride across the sky in celebration of her 90th birthday, with the assistance of her tandem instructor Bill Lahman at Brown’s Airport near Weeping Water on Saturday, September 5th.
“It was beautiful. You could see a lot of country,” said Ethelreda Pella of Tecumseh, who celebrated her 90th birthday by going skydiving at Brown’s Airport east of Weeping Water on Saturday, September 5th. The skydiving experience is handled through the Lincoln Sport and Parachute Club. Her granddaughter, Kori Speckmann accompanied her in this skydiving experience.
