Craig Blake of CBlake, LLC, plans to take over the keno operations at the Harvest Bowl, with the same type of keno program and the city of Tecumseh will receive the same amount of percentage in keno funds as they had previously. Blake said he has been in keno operations for the past 20 years. He has keno operations in Waverly, Raymond, Greenwood and Malcolm communities. Blake told the Tecumseh City Council Monday night that Zeilinger Keno Inc., has already signed necessary papers to authorize Blake to take over the keno operations at the Harvest Bowl, which will create a smooth transition. He also added that the state Gaming Commission is already aware of this transaction as well. The Council approved of terminating the current Keno contract with Zeilinger, Keno Inc and adopted a resolution approving the Harvest Bowl as the location for the operation of its Keno-style Lottery with CBlake, LLC.

The council approved a payment of $34,940 to Midland Contracting dba Johnson Service Company for the sewer main lining on Greeley and Garfield Streets. Public Properties Foreman Goracke informed the council that this payment was budgeted in the 2016-2017 budget and not the 2017-2018 budget.
