Is Tecumseh prepared for an oil leak or spill? That was a question examined at the Monday night City Council meeting. Councilman Larry Carmine asked the question and Clint Strayhorn, Emergency Management Director, came to answer. He said there is a six-man Nebraska State
Patrol unit trained for this type of emergency, but the problem is they may take half a day to get to the emergency
